Keeping in line with the developments in the automotive sector, we expanded our product range to Wireform Components, Sheet Metal Components, Turning Components,  Pipe Bending, Assemblies and many more.

What We Provide

Springs

Spring is a mechanical component that changes its shape in response to an external force, returning to its original shape when the Load is removed. The energy expended in deforming the spring is stored in it and can be recovered when the spring returns to its original shape. Generally, the amount of the shape change is directly related to the amount of force exerted.

Sheet Metal

Sheet metal is metal formed by an industrial process into thin, flat pieces. Sheet metal is one of the fundamental forms used in metalworking, and it can be cut and bent into a variety of shapes. Countless everyday objects are fabricated from sheet metal.

Assemblies

Wire forms are finished shaped wire that has been manufactured from wire spools into a specified configuration. They can take nearly any form, often featuring springs with custom ends, and can range in size from very small to very large. At Surya Springs we operate the latest computerized numerical controlled machines to manufacture a wide range of wire forms from .1 mm thickness to 12mm in thickness. We manufacture complex items such as buckles, clips, frame assemblies and many more. Our highly experienced staff is capable of making small or large volume wire forms.
