COILING
Precision coiling of springs on the finest imported machines, incorporating the world-renowned coilers from Wafios, HTC, and CSM. A wide range of wire diameters is covered, from 0.1 mm to 10 mm. Highly skilled, foreign trained operatives have been inducted to carry out this primary manufacturing operation.
TEMPERING
Modern conveyorized stress relieving and other heat treatment furnaces with close control of temperature facilitates consistency in bulk production of precision springs. the furnaces has been specially designed by our collaborators.


GRINDING
Spring end grinding is one of the most critical manufacturing operation. Imported electronically controlled grinding machines from China & Taiwan has been installed. These machines guarantee high accuracy in length and load with automatic grinding wheel wear compensation. Uniform surfacing of spring ends ensures maximum quality in end squareness and parallelism.
SHOT PEENING
Superb shot peening machines to impart beneficial macro stresses to improve the fatigue life of springs subjected to alternating loads in addition to imparting excellent surface finish.


SPRING TESTING
Our Spring matches the highest standards in the world. Testing machines for compression, tension, torsion and fatigue machines are manufactured in India, and a few are specially designed and manufactured by our collaborators. capable of testing any parameters of spring design.
PIPE BENDING
Our CNC pipe and tube bending machines handle tubes from 9mm to 32mm OD and mild steel with CLR capacities up to 550 mm. Pipe feeding lengths up to 3500 mm, and motor power ranging from 4 kW to 22 kW, the setup supports precise, reliable bending for both light and heavy-duty industrial applications.


AUTOMATIC WELDING
Our automatic welding systems ensure consistent, high-strength joints with precise control over heat input and weld penetration. By automating the welding process, we achieve uniform weld quality, reduced human variability, and improved repeatability across high-volume and precision components. This capability supports complex geometries and tight tolerances while enhancing productivity, safety, and overall process reliability for demanding industrial applications.
WIRE BENDING
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with more than 60 dedicated wire bending machines, enabling precise and consistent bending across a wire diameter range of 1 mm to 10 mm. This capability allows us to produce both light-duty and heavy-duty components with tight dimensional control, repeatability, and surface integrity. Our setup supports complex geometries, custom bend profiles, and scalable production volumes, making it suitable for diverse industrial applications where accuracy and reliability are critical.
